Description:

The department Process and Project Management CAP (Cards, ATM’s and Point of Sales), part of CTR (Cards, Terminals and Remote), is responsible for the platforms in Belgium on Business side, concerning Cards and ATM’s. We realize the project and process management during definition phases, in close collaboration with the supplier IS, with AWL (Atos World Origin)and other third parties.

Projects and requests need to be studied, tested, implemented. Examples are the new Card Management System Project for Credit Cards.

We are actively searching 1 business analyst to support this projects, who will have to demonstrate the specific profile described below.

Objective:

Describe processes and translate business requirements into detailed business specifications for IT or vice versa.

Organise and follow up of the testing.

Support the implementation in collaboration with other parties.

All these activities within the delivery of an end-to-end solution for Cards domain related projects based on time and in budget.

Knowledge:

• Required level and content of education
  • University graduate.
• Personal skills
  • Being able to describe processes and to translate business requirements delivered by our end-users into functional specifications for IT departments.
  • Organisation and follow up of the testing.
  • Supporting the implementation in collaboration with other parties (Business and IT).
  • During the whole project, being the contact person for the end-users, developers and testers.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with Business Lines and different departments of IT and other external parties.
  • Good communication skills are a must.
  • Reporting clearly.
  • High experience in business analysis of IT projects.
• Business experience required
  • 3 – 5 years of professional experience in business analysis in the credit cards area.
  • Knowledge of AWL (Atos Worldline) and Mastercard/ Visa.
  • Knowledge of BNP Paribas Fortis organization
• Technical experience required
  • Experience in Business Analysis.
  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint., Visio
• Functional experience required
  • Expertise in functional analysis
  • good written communication

Language:

Sound knowledge of French/ Dutch/ English is required (spoken & written).

Duration:

6 months with possible extension.
