Network & Multimedia Engineer

Description:

We are actively searching an individual to work in Network & Voice team that is responsible to manage, deployment & maintenance of the Network & Voice infrastructure in an insurance company.

You will be part of a dynamic team who is working on several projects for the insurance .

You will be responsible for the management & the deployment of Multimedia System (Video Conference,Multicast, Webcast, Wireless …).

Objective:

1. Multimedia Infrastructure Planning

Determine the Multimedia (Video conferencing, Wireless, Multicast) infrastructure requirements to deliver the multimedia solution based on user and system requirements; provide a planning for infrastructure readiness

2. Technical Multimedia Support

Provide support for technical issues with the software / hardware release, initiate corrective actions, help with the administration of the Multimedia infrastructure, second line support

3. Project follow-up.

Documentation, preparation and deployment of solutions and projects with clear commitments with colleagues and team manager.

  • 3 - 10 years of professional experience in Expertise in Network engineering.
  • Experience in Multimedia domain (Video Conferencing, Webcast, Wireless…)
• Technical experience required
  • Knowledge in Video conferencing system. (Tandberg, Polycom, Webex…)
  • Knowledge in Wireless system in an enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge in Multicast technology.
  • Experience with deployment of Video Conferencing.
  • Experience with Wireless deployment.
  • Experience with Cisco & HP Procurve Equipments.
  • Knowledge of Unify communication.
  • Knowledge of Windows.(Ms Office Tools, Active Directory…).
• Functional experience required
  • Analytical mindset for multimedia solution analysis.
  • Awareness of ITIL concepts.

Language:

Sound knowledge of French and/or Dutch, English,.

Duration:

6 months with renewal depending on performance, team structure and load of projects.
