In the context of Performance Management IT, An Insurance company is starting a project called “New IT Cost Model”

We are actively searching for a functional analyst to support the Performance management IT Team. The Functional analyst will have to demonstrate a specific profile described below:

Objective:

Based on the Project Definition (Global Requirement), the functional analyst will have to realize the following objectives

• Definition of the new cost model for IT
• Detailed analysis of the As-Is
• Definition of the cost model (cost category, feeding mechanism) including simulation
• Definition of the supported drivers
• Link with the catalogue of standard costs and Policy of standard assets
• Implementation of the cost model in Access or Excell
• Budget/forecast definition
• Rebilling
• Coaching & training
• Launch the new model with the budget exercise 2011 of August 2011 with intermediary deliveries on a monthly base
• Ensure for adherence with the linked projects (Standard Policy & costs)
• Get agreement & involvement of the IT budget owners &n the internal clients (business controller)
• Ensure for the project management activities of the project (planning, budget, assignation, Reporting to the management , Steering)

Language:

Sound knowledge of French, Dutch & English.

Duration:

6 months Depending on the project it can be renewed for max 3à6 months
