Test Support Engineer

Description:

Within the SEPA team, reinforce the test team to follow-up on defect resolution by managing the defect list, and keeping it up to date. Also produce all necessary progress reporting. This for the different integration projects like SEPA Direct Debits for other BNPP entities. Experience in test organisation and coordination, good ability to interact with different actors to improve progress on defect resolution if required, and interest in the functional part are required.

Objective:

Support the test team in organising and prioritising defect resolution during integration and user acceptance tests with the different entities of BNPP in order to provide them in due time with an operational solution for processing SEPA Direct Debits. Assure good progress on the defect resolution, by assuring clear and complete documentation of the defects, good communication with all involved parties, and a detailed reporting on progress.

Knowledge:

  • Required level and content of education
    • Bachelor in IT
  • Personal skills
  • Business experience required
    • Test management in Quality Center & Test
    • Progress Reporting skills
    • Knowledge of payments and direct debits is a plus
  • Technical experience required
    • Quality Center & common reporting tools
  • Functional experience required

Language:

Good knowledge of English is required, given all project documentations is in English. And also good knowledge of French is required. Knowledge of Dutch and Italian can be a plus.

till 30/06/2010 with possible extension
