Brussels, with possible short assignments outside Belgium.

Description:

We are actively looking for a senior business analyst for the domain Customers. He/she will have to meet the profile described below.

Objective:

Participate actively with different integration projects in the customer data management domain analysing and changing customer data management processes. Participate to the implementation of the “upgraded” process with a strong orientation towards end users (awareness creation, training, documentation, …). To define these changes, you will attend and host workshops with business & IT stakeholders and translate the outcome in project documentation (detailed business requirements, etc…)
