Junior Programme Management Office and Management Support Consultant

Location:

Brussels (near Central Station)

Description:

The role is situated in the CIB Capital Markets IT PMO & Management Support team. The team covers all staff functions for the CIB Capital Markets IT and has the following challenges in 2010:

  • ensure smooth transition into the new organization (from IT to business)
  • implement a time writing tool
  • implement a project follow up methodology for Business As Usual activities
  • implement a financial follow up processes
  • ensure coherence of Business As Usual and Integration related reporting and processes
  • ensure qualitative management information is available for senior management

Objective:

  • Analyse data (financials, project related,..) and transform it into management information
  • Execute invoice approval operations
  • Support the creation and execution of the transition into the new organization
  • Support the creation and implementation of a project follow up methodology for Business As Usual activities
  • Support preparation of management information
  • Support the creation of monthly management reporting via slides and graphs

    • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, of which at least 6 months in an IT environment
    • Program Management Office practices
    • Project Management Methodology (Prince2 or other…)
    • Worked in project mode
    • Experience in transforming data into management
    • Basic Financial and accounting skills
    • Knowledge of: CMMI, ITIL, Information Systems Auditing
  • Technical experience required
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Advanced PowerPoint skills
    • Other MS Office applications: Word, Access
    • Working knowledge of Clarity
    • Optional:
    • SAP
    • Able to automate applications via Visual Basic
  • Functional experience required

Language:

Sound knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
