To answer the upcoming IT challenges, An insurance is currently reshaping its Quality Assurance approach. The IT Process Team is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and Coach

The mission consists in coaching IT project managers, supporting them in project intakes, and reviewing the project outputs (project management and engineering) for compliance against the Insurance standards.

Objective:

The following activities will be part of the job:

• Performing the Project Intake meeting with the Project Managers, to tailor the standard processes to the project needs.
• Coaching of the project managers on the organization standards.
• Reviewing the project outputs (project management and software engineering products)
• for pertinence and coherence of the content
• for compliance against the organizational standards.
• Identifying the risks linked to non-compliance of the project outputs.
• Consolidated reporting on the projects (non) compliance to IT management teams.
• Identifying the process improvement needs of the project

Knowledge:

• Required level and content of education
  • Bachelor
• Personal skills
  • Independent person able to plan its work and execute it Coaching and Negotiation
• Business experience required
  • At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Project Assurance
• Technical experience required
  • Knowledge of PRINCE 2 applied to IT
  • Knowledge of CMMI v1.2 is a plus
  • Knowledge of PMI portfolio and program management is a plus
  • Knowledge of COBOL, C# is a plus
• Functional experience required
  • At least 3 years of experience as Project Manager in Software Development

Language:

The candidate must be able to speak and read French and Dutch (coaching and reviews).

The candidate should be able to read, write and have interactive meeting in English (company standards).

Duration:

6 months , with possible extension
