Description: |
The Project and Process division of the BNPPF Payments department is working on 2 integration projects requiring the support of a senior process manager:
- Implementation of a new cash handling tool within BNPPF and harmonization of the operational
practices between BNPPF and BNPP.
- Intellitracs: Intellitracs is a tool supporting the Payments Customer Support (questions and
complains from banks, customers) activities within BNPPF. Its usage will be enlarged in other
BNPP entities.
As the implementation and usage of these tools will be extended in different BNPP entities in the first half of 2010, a strong process must be set-up and best operational practices must be rapidly identified and described, allowing a smooth roll-out in these entities.
The process must fit in any organization and has to be understandable by all entities that will work accordingly.
A clear and efficient training will have to be built and given to the involved departments.
In this context, we are actively searching a senior process manager to create, develop and implement the process related to these 2 projects. This profile will have to demonstrate specific skills described below.

Design, develop and deliver of the process and business change material supporting the cash handling and Intellitracs projects.

- 3-5 years of professional experience in banking,
project environment.

- Technical experience required
- design of a process solution valid and usable by
different entities
- impacts analysis for the operational departments in the
existing organization (verify the departments involved
and identify the precise changes for them, support their
management in the migration to the new process)
- coordination with the involved parties (branches, backoffices,…)
- development of process descriptions and detailed work
instructions for operational departments & back-office
end-users
- development of training material for back-office endusers
- organization and execution of training sessions for
back-office end-users
- development and execution of communication plan
towards impacted parties (back-office users, Business
Line, branches, …)
- Functional experience required
- Expertise in business change (process, training&
communication) in a coordination role.
- Proven ‘change agent’ to prepare a running organization
to introduce a reviewed way of working.

Language: |
Sound knowledge of French, Dutch and English is required (spoken & written).
